ARTEK Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 59 702 443 365) (“ARTEK”, “we”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect. When you contact us or work with us, we collect your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. During engagements we may receive personal information from our clients, such as the names and roles of people we interview. Our website uses cookie-free analytics that do not identify you.

How we collect it. Directly from you (through our contact form, email, phone or LinkedIn), or from our clients when we deliver services to them.

Why we use it. To respond to enquiries, scope, deliver and invoice our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and keep in touch with you about our services if you agree. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time.

Who we share it with. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, website hosting and accounting providers), with associates or subcontractors working on an engagement under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires. Some of our service providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

Government clients. When we deliver services to an Australian Government agency, we handle personal information in line with that contract and as if the agency’s own privacy obligations applied to us.

Security and retention. We store information in secure, access-controlled systems and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@artekconsulting.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
